The LFP is their most recently constructed plant, with a tank farm and a loading dock. Blomsma Signs & Safety has implemented various safety signage products and solutions for this factory and tank farm. The pipelines are marked with durable PolyesPro® Pipe markings, the storage tanks are provided with 3M™ Scotchcall™ retro-reflective tank markings and the safety areas and loading docks are indicated by multiple signs with ISO-7010 symbols.
Cerexagri has a clear vision about health and safety signage and requires it in a durable quality that will be appropriate for the surroundings. The signs have to retain their colour and be clearly legible and recognisable for as long as possible. To ensure this, only 3M production methods were used, which makes it possible to offer a complete 3M factory warranty. The minimum functional lifespan of the signage is at least 15 years.
Our EX area impression signs have also been used in this project. The EX area impression signs give a clear representation of the physical explosion hazardous area. It provides more specific information than e.g. merely placing EX hazard symbols.
