NuStar Terminals Amsterdam designated Blomsma Signs & Safety as partner for updating the safety signs in tankpits and pumppits. The scope includes pipe marking, marking of tanks with 3D information signboards, EX signage and basic safety signs for escape routes and fire fighting.
The principles for implementation are laws and legislations (Dutch Working decree), and ISO and NEN standards to assure uniformity.
Our experience in the Tank Terminal sector will also prove very useful in this project, best practices in the field of overview signs and manner of marking will be adopted.
