Blomsma Signs & Safety is contracted by Spie to provide pipemarkers for the Shell Leman Uptime compressor platform, currently under construction at the HSM Yard at Schiedam.
The scope consists of engineering, production and installation of all required pipemarking according to Shell DEP 30.00.60.21-GEN and with additional hazard symbols according to EU-GHS (CLP). A special feature of the pipemarkers are customized add-on labels for the from-to markings, which provides an helpful tool for operators and efficient operating of the installation.
The durable 3M Scotchcall markers are produced according to the 3M Matched Component production process to secure the lifetime in the harsh offshore environment. The Blomsma mechanics will install all pipemarkers independently, based on provided P&ID’s and Isometrics.
Blomsma Signs & Safety realizes projects for many years for Shell OneGas, the E&P division of Shell in the Dutch (NAM, OneGas East) and British (Shell OneGas West) sector of the North Sea.
