Centrica Energy UK contracted Blomsma Signs & Safety for a complete sign survey for the Audrey offshore platforms in the British part of the Southern North Sea (SNS). The goal of the survey is to map the current and desired situation of the safety signage and process safety markings. Blomsma will also identify and advise any improvements, based on the latest regulations and legislations.
A specialized engineer will conduct the survey offshore and takes care of the elaboration through a sign plan for the safety signage. For the process safety related markings, P&ID’s will also be checked for completeness in combination with prescribed markings such as pipe markers, equipment numbers and valve tagging.
Blomsma Signs & Safety has worked for many years for Centrica Energy assets operated from the Netherlands (F3FA, Markham Fields, Grove and Chiswick) and contributes to their safety with adequate safety signage and safety draftworks.
