Evacuation Plans Nordhamer – Blomsma Signs & Safety GmbH has been chosen by Nordenhamer Zinkhütte GmbH as a partner for the preparation of the evacuation plans. As a Glencore company, Nordenhamer Zinkhütte puts significant importance on safety. Evacuation plans are a visual means of communication and therefore a means of prevention. They provide insight into the environment and possible escape routes in the event of an emergency. Evacuation plans help with the orientation of employees and visitors.
De Berufsgenossenschaftliche Vorschrift für Sicherheit un Gesundheit bei der Arbeit (BGV) A-8 – IV, the Technischen Regeln für Arbeitsstätten (ASR) A1.3, the DIN 4844-3 and DIN-ISO23601 are used as a starting point for the evacuation plans. A project engineer from Blomsma Signs & Safety GmbH will supervise the entire project; the recording on location, safety drawings, production of the floor plans, assembly on location and the delivery of the project.
The Nordenhamer Zinkhütte GmbH has been producing Zinc and Zinc alloys at the Nordenham site since 1908. Around 350 employees work there.
